The company’s premier product is Appvance IQ, the world’s first AI-driven, unified test automation system, launched in 2018. It helps enterprises dramatically improve the quality, performance and security of their applications, while transforming the efficiency, speed and output of their development and testing teams. AIQ is a key technology to help organizations become more agile, reach DevOps speeds, and move faster to the cloud.

Appvance was founded in 2013, after acquiring PushToTest, with a history dating back to 2001. PushToTest had developed TestMaker, which had over three million downloads.

Appvance.ai is headquartered in Santa Clara, California, with offices in Costa Rica, Rochester NY and India. Investors in the company include Javelin Ventures, Staenberg Ventures, Social Internet Fund, FundersClub, Three Bridges Ventures and HB Asset Management and others.

Andre started his hi-tech career at Intel and is an entrepreneurial executive with 22 years of global sales leadership and management experience. Prior to joining Appvance, Andre served as VP & GM of Americas for intive and helped drive the company’s rapid revenue growth from $20M to $100M in four years.  Additionally, he has held leadership roles at Findables, Star, NeoMagic, Sapphire Communications and liveMetro. Andre earned an MBA from Marshall School of Business at USC and a BA in Economics from UC Santa Cruz.

Kevin is a highly lauded entrepreneur and innovator.

He’s been awarded 93 worldwide patents, and was Inc. Magazine Entrepreneur of the Year, CNBC Innovator of the Decade, a Davos World Economic Forum Tech Pioneer, and inducted into the RIT Innovation Hall of Fame. Kevin has held leadership roles with Serious Energy, Perfect Commerce, CommerceNet and General Magic and is credited with pioneering work on AI virtual assistants, smartphones, QuietRock and the Empire State Building windows energy retrofit.

In the past three years, he has been crossing the globe working closely with analysts, the press, customers, partners, and employees to exchange ideas about industry direction and business issues. He was born and educated in the UK and now lives and works in California.

Kevin Parker

Sergiy brings over 23 years of software development experience in start-up, growth, and mature companies, with half of that time spent in leadership roles.  He blends strong technical skills to scale SaaS and analytics product environments with enthusiasm for building strong teams.

Prior to joining Appvance, Sergiy served as VP of Engineering at Talix and Content Analytics. As Head of Engineering, QA and DevOps, he led an organization of 70+ engineers working globally.

Lynn has 20+ years’ experience building and leading strategic people operations and talent acquisition teams in rapidly growing international startup organizations.  She focuses on driving diverse, people-first cultures through strategic planning, coaching, recruitment, professional development, and DEIB.
Lynn is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR & SHRM-CP) and is trained as a leadership coach.

Amy is a seasoned technology marketer, bringing over 25 years experience in designing new marketing programs for SaaS, enterprise software, IoT / AI and Machine Learning. She specializes in building marketing infrastructure, capabilities and teams at early-stage software companies, where she has built lead-generation engines, honed messaging and key stories, and implemented tools and programs to support growth objectives.

As an angel investor prior to forming Javelin Venture Partners, Noah has supported over a dozen startups including Keyhole (acquired by Google), Cantametrix (Gracenote), Amae Software (Verint), Nuvon, Ritter Natural Sciences, GET IT Mobile and Magnacash (Yaga). He holds MBA and BA Economics degrees, as well as certificates in Management of Technology and Global Management, from the University of California, Berkeley. Noah’s board memberships include Appvance, Bernoulli Health, Correlated Magnetics, Estimote, Nexenta, Pixalate, and Vacatia.

Kevin Kern is CEO of WaterSmart Software, and a board member of iWave Information Systems and GoWall, in addition to Appvance.ai. Previously, he held senior leadership positions with Innotas, a leading provider of IT Portfolio Management systems, including as CEO from 2010 through 2016. Kevin also spent 13 years in sales and sales management with Oracle.

He is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley with a BA in Political Science.

As a founding General Partner at Arrowroot Capital, Kareem is responsible for overseeing investment professionals & operating partners, qualifying deals, conducting due diligence, executing transactions, and monitoring portfolio companies.

Prior to Arrowroot, Kareem was at OpenGate Capital in Los Angeles, a global private equity firm, where he was on the M&A team for North and Latin America. He was named to GrowthCap’s Top 40 Under 40 Growth Investors in 2020.

Andrew is Director of Business Development and Operations for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors’ growth equity activities. He works closely with the partners overseeing and managing fundraising processes and business development efforts at both the fund and individual portfolio companies. He is involved in identifying and analyzing investment opportunities, monitoring portfolio companies, and board oversight with select companies. He supports Kayne NewRoad Ventures Fund and monitors Kayne’s earlier stage growth companies.
